Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of PeakHome Cicero Roofers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services

PeakHome Cicero Roofers provides professional roofing services including but not limited to roof repair, roof replacement, roof installation, roof inspection, gutter installation and repair, and emergency roofing services in Cicero, IL and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free inspections and written estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if additional work is discovered during the project or if you request changes to the scope of work. Any changes to pricing will be communicated and approved by you before we proceed.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion.

Warranties

We stand behind our work with warranties on both labor and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary depending on the type of work performed.

Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our labor warranty. We will provide you with all relevant warranty documentation upon completion of your project.

Warranties may be voided if damage occurs due to acts of nature, improper maintenance, modifications by others, or normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period.

Scheduling and Delays

We will make every reasonable effort to complete your project on schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our crew and equipment. This includes clearing the work area of personal items and ensuring pets are secured.

We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work. However, you acknowledge that roofing work may cause minor disturbances such as noise and vibrations.

Insurance Claims

While we can assist with insurance claims by providing documentation and estimates, we are not responsible for your insurance company's decisions or claim outcomes.

You are responsible for payment of your deductible and any amount not covered by your insurance policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the laws of the State of Illinois and the jurisdiction of courts in Cook County.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
